At Memorial Minders, we provide a range of comprehensive services to maintain and decorate resting places with the utmost compassion and professionalism. Our team understands the importance of preserving these sacred spaces, especially when you are unable to do so yourself as often as you would like. You can trust us to handle all the details, allowing you to focus on cherishing the memories of your loved ones and managing your busy life.
All Services are performed in accordance established rules and regulations of each cemetery or memorial garden. Our team is trained to follow stone and plaque cleaning best practices established by the National Cemetery Administration, the National Park Service and Cemetery Conservators for the United States.
Memorial Minders will send before and after pictures with a visit summary detailing the condition of the grave site or memorial after each visit.
Essential Care - Single Visit
Whether you haven't been able to visit in years or if you need some time after the service before visiting, but you still want to make sure your loved ones final resting place reflects well on them and their visitors the Essential Care service includes cleaning surround area, cleaning of the headstone or plaque, hand edging and weeding. Before and after pictures provided.
Care Plus Package - 3 Visits per Year
Care Plus provides 3 annual check-ins for your loved one's final resting place. Care Plus includes a deep clean once a year to eliminate any mold, mildew or algae growth, as well as, light cleaning and maintenance of the grave site during each visit. Visits can be scheduled to coincide with significant dates or seasonal events.

Seasonal Silk Flower Plan
A personal and convenient way to honor and remember your loved one with a curated selection of high quality seasonal silk flower arrangements. Arrangements perfectly celebrate the seasons and life events like birthdays and anniversaries. Arrangements are designed to last up to 3 months without fading. Multiple arrangement sizes and delivery frequency options are available.
Platinum Care Package - 4 Visits Per Year Plus Flowers
Our Platinum Care package helps you maintain a strong connection by commemorating special occasions and seasons. This package includes 4 quarterly visits, with 2 deep cleanings and 2 light cleanings. You'll also receive a Simple Serenity silk floral arrangement of your choice every quarter. Before and after pictures provided.
Legacy Care Package
Legacy Care packages are available with significant discounts up to 50% for those with multiple loved ones located together.
Legacy Care service is ideal for family resting places and private cemeteries reliant on volunteers to maintain memorials.
Seasonal Fresh Flower Plan
We partner with local florists to create and deliver fresh flower arrangements to your loved one. Many florists are only able to deliver to the office. Memorial Minders saves you time coordinating with florists and delivers your arrangement directly to your loved one. Pictures provided
