ORDERING AND CANCELLATIONS

At least one immediate family member or representative on record with the cemetery must agree to the gravesite maintenance service.  Approval for Memorial Minders to perform maintenance in accordance with cemetery guidelines from immediate family members or approved representatives is granted by placing an order. Customers who are not on record with the cemetery can purchase a maintenance plan and provide the Service Approval form signed by an approved representative or customers can purchase a gift card for the immediate family member.

 

The one time $25-nonrefundable setup fee for gravesite maintenance plans covers the cost to review the cemetery's rules and regulations and confirm the exact location of your loved one.  If the requested services are not permitted by the cemetery, Memorial Minders will refund the full amount paid minus the one time $25 setup fee.

Unless agreed upon in advance, all services are provided quarterly at the discretion of Memorial Minders and in accordance with cemetery rules.  Cancellations can be made at any time to annual plans, but the effective date will be the 1st day of the next quarter. Customers bundling maintenance with flower deliveries will be provided the services on the same day, when feasible.  Memorial Minders will make an effort to accommodate requests for specific maintenance and/or floral delivery windows. However, based on best practices, deep cleaning of headstones cannot be safely done if the temperature is expected to be below 40 degrees Fahrenheit the day of and after the desired maintenance.  If requested, floral deliveries can generally be accommodated within 5 days of order.

Anyone can order a floral delivery plan.  Floral delivery plans include selection of a silk floral arrangement from any of our floral categories AND delivery to your loved one's resting place.  Customers have the opportunity to select from a variety of options or allow Memorial Minders to select a seasonal arrangement.  In some instances, Memorial Minders may need to substitute arrangements. In the event a selected arrangement is unavailable, all efforts will be made to find a substitution that is consisted in size and color.
